Humidity value/sensor

Serverscheck version 7.12.0, environmental sensors only.

Used : T°&Humidity sensor

The humidity warning value is on : less than 10rH or greater than 75rH.

The DOWN values are on : less than 75rH or greater than 80rH.

Warning setup is : "only when warning with a returned value".

PROBLEM : We get always warnings with a returned value as 54,5rH.

But the rH is not less than 10rH and not greater than 75rH.

QUESTION : Why this warning appears always?

Thank you for your answer

Allow me first to point out that the tresholds are very low and very high. Best practice is to have humidity between 45% rH and 65 %rH Below 45% rH may result in ESD and above 65% rH you risk corrosion.

Your down values are incorrect. The lower limit has to be lower compared to the lower warning limit. 54.5 is always less than 75%rH (lower limit DOWN)

Run the s-server.exe in debug mode and click on test settings. Reply with the output sent.

    Hi,

There is an error in my last post:

The DOWN values are on: less than 10rH or greater than 85rH

How to run s-server.exe in debug mode?

The test shows it runs fine so the issue must be in a different component.

Please run the sensor against the trial version of latest release of the software (7.14) and report back
