Dear Support, since acouple of days we get always a "down" status from an installed (since more than one year) flooding sensor. In fact there is absolutly no water in the concerned room and the sensor cable seems well dry !

The IP address of this sensor is pingable. How can we check if the Serverscheck box connected whit the sensor cable runs fine ? Or how can we check fully this sensor ?

thx for your reply.

    Hello,

Are you getting a down return based on the cable being wet or that it could be pinged? Have you checked the cable to ensure that it is in good repair and there are not any breaks in it?

    Thx for your quick answer.

So, before getting the "down" status the cable returned always a "dry" status. As there is no changes in this room we have first visited the room (no flooding) then we have pinged tibbo device which is responding. And the cable was also verified who is not wet. The cable seems complete as delivered (no breaks). How can we check it ?

    Regards.

    systemat,

Have you tried to reboot the Tibbo device server and see if that resolves your problem? Have you confirmed that all the connections are secure as well?
