SensorGateway v2 FW 1.30 update failed

Hello.



I have two SensorGateway v2 with the firmware 1.20.



When I upgrade to new firmware 1.30:



- I upload the .bin file (FACTORY_rev_1.30.bin)



- after the upload, the two led on SensorGateway switch off and remain off also if I switch on/off the power.



The only solution is to reset the two SensorGateways to return to the previous version 1.20.



Why?

I have exactly the same problem. I tried updating with POE and without POE using 12V. Same result. Tried different browsers too. Stuck at 1.2.

I'm having the exact same problem with my v2 unit. Administrator, could you please send the solution my way as well?

Andrew, if you go to the firmware download page on our site and what unit type do you have? v1, v2 or v3?

Andrew, I am a bit puzzled that you say it is a brand new unit. When did you order the product?

Andrew, based on the supplied info you purchased a previous generation and apparently used v2 unit through a reseller and not from us directly.
