Broken Part on SensorGateway

My SensorGateway has the protruding transistor shaped device broken off the device during shipping. Does anyone know what the part is and where it can be purchased?

We never had a case like that before where it got broken during shipping.



If you received the unit within the past 5 business days, then you can contact sales@serverscheck.com for a RMA. They will also ask you to complete and a sign form so that a complaint can be filed with the shipping company.

Unfortunately this is not the case. It was shipped by my office service team from one office to another and they did not pack it correctly. Are you familiar with the part? Is this part purchasable?

That part can't be replaced as such. However a way to solve your issue is to get an external temperature probe (the SensorGateway supports up to 2 external probes).
