Unable to Set temp ratings

Hi,

We bought the Temperature Sensor & Gateway couple of months ago.



But I'm unable to set the temperature setting on the device itself, I can configure the software on a computer and assign min temperature settings, but I need to deploy this as a stand alone device at a remote location.



Can someone plz advice on how can I configure the temperature setting on the device itself ?

Exactly what temperature setting do you need to configure?



The traditional practice is to initially configure it with the defined thresholds for warning and down alerts along with the desired options for alerting. From there, you can just leave the device on its own.

It's kinda really strange, as when we got the device it just wouldn't let me configure. But right after when I posted this, I tried again and I could.



Right now I want to know, if there is a way I can configure the email or sms alerts shooted on less than 5min intervals ?

I see. For the SensorGateway itself, the repeat alarm is currently fixed at a 5-minute interval. For total control of the alerts, we could recommend utilizing our monitoring software.
