App login failure


For a number of weeks now, I have been unable to login using the iOS App.

I can log onto the cloud using a browser and successfully view my device data. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing the app, but still get the message "ERROR Login failed. Please verify your network settings, username & password"

I did upgrade the firmware on the gateway around the time I noticed the app was not working (the 9th March).

FYI: iPhone 8, iOS 11.2.6
