SensorGateway Email Alerts not received

We have two of these products SC-TS01 and the email alert settings have not changed since they were last working. At the moment the test returns: "Test email has been sent successfully", but there is no email received in the email account of the To: address. The email settings are the ones given by ServersCheck "SMTP server settings for base units (BETA)".
I tried with a Gmail account but the test email never worked.

    Thanks Admin.

I found out that Google was rejecting the email alerts:
Received from an SMTP server with IP address: 52.205.110.14 (TLS enabled)
550-5.7.1 [52.205.110.14 19] Our system has detected that this message is 550-5.7.1 likely suspicious due to the very low reputation of the sending 550-5.7.1 domain. To best protect our users from spam, the message has been 550-5.7.1 blocked. Please visit 550 5.7.1 https://support.google.com/mail/answer/188131 for more information.
None of the G Suite/Gmail whitelisting options were able to solve this.

Does anyone know how to solve this? Or, better yet, can anyone tell me how to change to using Google for sending these alerts?
This is what my gmail settings look like:

You can try doing a tunnel , it is indicated on their user manual https://serverscheck.com/support/manuals.asp
other wise you can check for other options like using the free email service. https://my.serverscheck.com/

As stated earlier, I am (was) already using their free mail service, which Google blocks.

I gave up on the whole Email alert route via the Serverscheck gateway and decided to monitor the temp sensor with Zabbix via SNMP. I am a bit disappointed in the lack of support from Serverscheck on this Email alert service they offer. :/

Sorry , I got confused with your issue, if that is the case I believe the free email works, it is just that the email alert might have went through your spam folder.

Have you checked your spam folder? (gmail account) where you sent your alerts?

I did a test now and got it successfully, on the search field when your logged in your gmail account type in "in:spam " in case you don't have the spam folder on your list
