"Looking for SMTP server: FAILED" when using AuthSMTP

I am trying to use AuthSMTP to send emails directly from the InfraSensing gateway. However, the device cannot find the mail server mail.authsmtp.com. I always get the error message "Looking for SMTP server: FAILED".
I have SSL (v3) checked, and I am using firmware version 8.5 on hardware version 5.1. My firewall is not blocking any outbound ports.

you might have an issue with AuthSMTP then or your settings for AuthSMTP , as mentioned by pelican you can find alternatives on the user manual or use their Beta firmware which has TLS support https://community.serverscheck.com/discussion/5346/public-beta-8-0-ssl-tls-1-2
