No Grahps on SERVERSCHECK

I moved servers check to a new server. Everything is working but i am unable to see graphs. There is an information bar that reads “an add-on for the website failed to run. Check the security settings in internet options for potential conflicts.” I have been unsuccessful with finding what’s missing from the new server. Can you tell me which venison of what is missing that allows me to view graphics?

Servers Check 8.2.0

IE V8

Did you copy the /output/graphs folder and the serverscheck_databases folder ?



Graphs are refreshed usually within 30 minutes following the launch.



The add-on error is most probably related to the security settings of your browser. MS support should be able to help you. We highly recommend using firefox.
