cannot Add new monitor

Hi Support,



We encountered one of our client. Cannot add new monitor in Serverscheck version 8.5.0. The license is 500 Monitors.



The error is



" You are only entitled to 500 Monitors in this BUSINESS500 Edition:

To Add a new monitor, you need to delete 10684 monitors first."



But if we check all the monitors it only 40 Monitor all in all.



By the way how to attached screenshots?
