Alert messages

Hello,



I am experiencing a lot of problems with ServersCheck mixing up the email alert mesages. For example, I will have 3 servers that have a windows health monitor attached. Server 2 might be down but the alert comes through saying that Server 1 is down. Once I go into the alert settings, the wrong message has been placed in there.



Has anyone else experienced this problem?

It is hard to tell without having access to the system and look into detail how it is configured. However if an alert message is sent then it is the monitor that is failing that triggers the alert, not another one.



Most probably it is a configuration issue.



Some other users might be able to assist you further by looking into your support and fixing it.
