Make sure all ports are open and no firewall is blocking it. Use the WMI Tester to track down the issue:

Yes of course. The monitoring service is not running under a Windows Admin Account. See instructions.
  • MohMedAlMohMedAl
thanks alot but I'M using the same account, what made the test worked?

    you mean by instructions:

"Note that the ServersCheck service needs to run under a Windows Account instead of the Local System Account for this check"

please can you tell me or guide me to a document to know the difference between Windows Account and Local System Account
  • MohMedAlMohMedAl
I noticed that it works in debug mode but in normal mode it doesnt
  • AdministratorAdministrator
As said previously, service settings are incorrect.

Configuring Service for Windows Checks in the user manual:

I've encounter this error before, but under "User credentials to use" you need to add in the "Account Description" in order for the monitoring node to save the account authentications.
