I have a Appliance ServersCheck but I do not know how to install the license on my case. I contacted support but I am asked to stop the service via Windows to include the file lic. But I'm not on Windows, a box I own. Thank you for your help.

Appliances have Windows XP Embedded on board - see user manual for accessing the box using RDP or differently.

I can connect on my appliance PDR but when I put my username and my password, I get a message telling me that I made the mistake ue username or password .



There is a particular account to connect to RDP. For now, I use the factory password.
