Sensor Alerts limitations?

I am using 8.8.11 business 500 edition. Wondering can I send emails to 10 or more users, that have no spaces and separated by semicolons? Can i also send out sms alerts thru my gsm modem to 10 or more user's cell phone numbers with no spaces and separated by commas? In other words there are no limitations when sending out sensor alerts?
