Server Check By Name

Hello Administrator, I was wondering if it is possible to ping servers by name instead of IP address. We are changing a number of server IP addresses and would like preform a check by host name instead of IP address.

    yes you can either enter the hostname or the IP address. for example you could PING www.google.com
