Renew SLA

My question is (how can i renew SLA %?)

    do you mean reset sla instead of renew?



    to do so proceed as follows:

    1) Stop ServersCheck Monitoring Services

    2) Delete all files in the /data subdirectory (you might want to backup them first in a zip file)

    3) Restart services
