Flood sensor reporting error

I have a flood sensor connected to the network, if you log in to the web interface the sensor shows that it is dry but when you log in to the serverscheck server it shows wet.



I have run a test and the error is as follows



Error returned: Object synchronization method was called from an unsynchronized block of code.



does anyone have any idea where im going wrong

This indicates that .NET 1.1 is not installed - see manual on Tibbo based sensors



The error comes from a check defined for monitoring our old and End Of Life sensors (<2010)

I have installed .net 1.1 and restarted but i am now getting another error as follows





The check has been performed.





Status: DOWN?

Error returned: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond



the device can be pinged and there is no firewall between the device and the server, i can even access the web interface.



the ping will drop for 5 seconds then come back up again.



THis is a sensor that was purchased December of 2011.
