Checking Server Check Appliance

I tried to monitor my servercheck appliance from my custom build server check software but error occured below even i have my right Password and Username. what could be the issue?



Error: Windows scanning could not be performed. Connection denied to 192.168.1.32 . Make sure that the username and password are correct

    Firewall settings could be the issue. The appliance has by default the firewall on to block any incoming connections.

    i did already remove the firewall and its totally open what could be other problem

    Are the ServersCheck services running under a windows admin account?

    yes i even tried it local and domain account admin and user accnt. what could be the problem and also how can i configure the Incoming OID and Outgoing?

    it is a security issue somewhere: either on the remote host, the host you monitor from or in between your network.



    another way to monitor it is by monitoring tcp port 1272

    The check has been performed. Make sure that the ServersCheck Monitoring Service runs under a Windows Admin account and not the Local System Account.





    Status: OK

    Error returned: Error connecting to 192.168.1.6. Error -2147024891: Access is denied.

    Access denied points towards a security problem on your setup.
