Following assumptions are made:

1) Sensorgateway IP address is correct

2) It is indeed a 1 port Sensorgateway

3) SNMP is enabled on Sensorgateway

4) Community string is correct



If above are true, then run the webserver in debug mode and repeat the test settings

status of SGW-1-Temperature ( - SensorGateway-1) changed to DOWN at Sun Jun 3 11:56:39 2012. Reason: Error: Couldn't retrieve value for OID



can you help me with OID issue, how to make this issue work

I configure my power sensor and water sensor, the thing is i recieve alert from water sensor which make sense, but for power sensor it didnt send any alert from sms only email. does it support sms alerting power sensor? and if yes where do i be wrong?

The debug log file is incomplete.



Couldn't retrieve value for OID means that the configuration of that check is incorrect.
