Graph Data Points

halsnebhalsneb
The graphs that are created on our Servers Check software are not displaying reference values.

The graph is displayed, but without the reference values of what temp the point on the graph represents this display is completely useless to us.

Is there some config issue that I am missing to display the reference values?

We really like the software, but would really like to be able to look at the created graphs and be able to interpret the data.

Can you upload somewhere a graph so that we can see what you mean?

Sorry, I am currently rebuilding our monitoring and do not have any monitors available, but I will try to explain a little better.

What is going on is it will generate the graph for temp, but there is no key for the x / y axis I can see a peak on the chart, but do not know what temp that peak was or at what time it was as there is no reference values on the x or y axis.

Seems like you don't have the courier font installed and therefore no labels are plotted

You can download it from here: http://upgrade.serverscheck.net/monitoring_software/cour.ttf

Install it in your Windows/Fonts subfolder and restart the services

I do have that font installed on my machine.

Here is a screen shot of what is going on.

    Thanks.

That is why you aren't seeing anything. You need the courrier font. In our last post we sent you instructions on how to get it on your machine.

As I said in my previous post I DO have the font installed on my machine and still do not have reference values.

Also install following fonts in your Windows/fonts subdirectory:

    http://upgrade.serverscheck.net/monitoring_software/georgia.ttf

    http://upgrade.serverscheck.net/monitoring_software/times.ttf

Legends not showing is only a missing font issue. The fonts used are fonts that are by default installed with Windows

I did get this to work, I was taking your instructions to install these on my local machine, not the monitoring appliance. I assumed that since we purchased the appliance as well as a license that it would come with everything needed to function properly already installed, apparently it does not.

    Thanks for your help.
