Install Error

I am trying to install a new version but I am getting a error



An error occurred while trying to replace the existing file:

DeleteFile failed; code 5

Access is denied



I am currently running the setup as a administrator. Any ideas on how to fix?

    Try running the setup as admin. Also, double check your folder permissions.

    Admin user has full access to folder and made sure to run as admin user, I still got the same error.

    Make sure all services are stopped. It may give an Access is Denied as the file is in use.



    If you are upgrading from an old version, then best is to do an uninstall first (after backing up all your confiugration & data). Then install the new version.



    Make sure you have a valid license key too
