Problems with drivespace

Im getting this error "ERROR: 1312 - Net Connection Failed!". Then followed the FAQ, but if i do what the faq suggest, im getting another error when i start the service. Error 1069: The service can't start cause an logonerror.

I have tried to give the service admin rights, but when i start the service i get the following error:
The service ServerCheck STANDARD (freeware) version 3.2.0 on localcomputer couldnt be started
Error 1069: the service dident start bacause an logonerror
