SMS Alerts setup

I'm trying to setup SMS alerts. My cell is listed under registered numbers and the status is "activation pending" but I am not receiving an activation code. Do you have a way to look into what the issue might be?

    Hello Matador,

    On your my.serverscheck account, I would suggest that you should try to delete your registered number and register it again. A confirmation code will be sent to your registered number. Also, followed by a confirmation code you will also receive a link to confirm and to be added to the ServersCheck SMS Alerts.
