Scheduled Reports

After upgrading from version 5 to 6.3.4 the scheduled reports stopped working. Tech support said to backup config files and uninstall/reinstall. This did nothing so I started with a clean machine and loaded up again... no reports. Then I noticed on the report schedule page this:



This is the list of scheduled jobs. The ServersCheck monitoring service has to be running in order to send out the reports.

You currently do not have a license for the Report Scheduler. You can create and preview reports but they will not be sent out.

Is this the problem? Do I need a different license key?



I tried to log into the Online helpdesk but it errors out.

    You should have received when ordering an email for the report scheduler with a file called scheduler.lic



    You need to install that file in your main ServersCheck directory.
