Firmware Issues - SensorGateway v5 - Pre 2016 Model


I have a dilemma with my SensorGateway v5. I was going through our units to update the firmware and accidentally selected the wrong firmware for the SensorGateway v5 unit.

Instead of installing version 5.11 I selected version 1.3.

At this point the unit is not responding. I attempted to find it via the sensor discovery tool and it doesn't find the v5 sensor. I am not showing that it is being assigned an IP or on the network at all.

The screen is completely black. I have tired to factory reset multiple times and nothing happens. The screen on the unit is completely black. Link lights are on and online and sensor is on, but this is it. I am unable to reach the device with the previously used IP.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
