Unable to Update Firmware

Hello, we are on 3.02 firmware, but are unable to update 8.5. When it updates the device restarts but the LCD screen goes blank and the NIC connects/disconnects. If we do a firmware rollback (power button, reset button 15 secs) and it goes back to 3.02 (stock firmware) we can access it.

Need help please how to get

Hardware Version : Release 5.0
Firmware Version : Release 3.20
Build Date : Feb 4 2015
