Monitoring appliance Ethernet port issue

The monitoring appliance Ethernet port is not working and it doesn’t show on the windows adapter option and also on the devise manager I don’t see the driver

    If you connect it via Wi-Fi and update the drivers, it should show automatically. If not, I recommend requesting an RMA as long as it is still under warranty.
