Missing Temperature Sensor!

I have a SensorGateway V5:
Hardware Version
Release 5.1
Firmware Version
Release 9.1.0 (Nov 15 2023)
I logged in and could not see any temp sensor values! That's the only think this gateway does I thought?!
I updated firmware and still no show any temp value. no errors visible either. what could cause this?
