1/ You have 5 sensor agents that work for the temperature sensor. You can't attach more than one sensor to a sensor agent. How are you connecting the other sensors?
I have one sensor agent on the server and two devices attached to it. I have been saying this since the start of this thread and was not informed that this was the case when I asked at the time that I purchased the USB converters that I thought I needed to add additional serial ports. This will now mean more expense for my company to get things working properly. Do I need to purchase another 5 licenses to enable sensors to be connectd to other servers?

The Sensor Agent software is designed to run one sensor (otherwise it would be called Sensors Agent).
You can make the sensors network enabled as per our website (serial to ethernet device servers) and then use the sensor agents for the flooding sensor (since these can not be networked enabled through a serial to ethernet device server)
