sms gateway movistar - amena (spain)

hello!

can you explain how to configurate the system to send a sms using a modem and a gsm operator, in the list didn´t apear movistar or amena in spain.

    You need to check with movistar or amena if they support dial-up sms via modem (TAP or UCP protocol).



    If they support it, then ask for their protocol details (baud rate etc...). With that information we can then establish the configuration file you need.



    However note that not all mobile operators offer that functionality. Today more and more mobile operators are stopping this as it costs them more then it generates as revenue.



    Another option is to use the ClickATell service. You take a subscription with them and ServersCheck then delivers over the Internet the SMS to their server. They then send it to you. They offer a free trial.
