There are allot of hover problems while configuring serverscheck. On www.mantha.be/screenshot3.doc two examples.

This is a known issue in Microsoft Internet Explorer. Unfortunately we can't influence Microsoft on making their browser better.
Firexfox does not have the issue.

I just did a test with IE7 and it works fine in IE7 as well.
As you probably know IE7 will be launched before the end of this month and will be made generally available through the Automatic Windows Updates after that.

In your Firefox screen capture, this is not the same position of item as in your screenshot3.doc Can you please show it in Firefox for the same screen and position?
The one you show in screenshot4 is a bottom of the page issue which is know and separate from dialog boxes disappearing behind input fields (layer bug in IE6 and previous and fixed in IE7)
