Hi Again,

I have the dashboard view displayed on a remote station to allow for local visability. When I click the Graph Icon I get page can not be displayed.

the url it goes to http:IP of box:1272/devicegraphs.html?device=then the device name.

If I do it on the actual machine with servers check installed it is OK

Thanks

Page can not be displayed is an error returned by the browser.

You can set your browser to return the exact error message received from the server.

With that message it is not possible to tell if the problem is on the browser or server end.

    Hi,

HTTP 404 - File not found
  • trevorwtrevorw
    Just spotted :--

When in the device view it uses javapopup to launch the device graph

When at device view it uses a shortcut to launch, could this be the cause ??

Can you give the url of the 404 error?

http:IP of box:1272/devicegraphs.html?device=then the device name

Can you please give full url, just enter a dummy IP.

It is important to see if it may be related to the name of the device.

    http://10.10.10.10:1272/devicegraphs.html?device=SWT01

When done on the PC running serverscheck it is a javapopup/devicegraphs etc

We went through each line of HTML code and the html encoding is exactly the same whether running from the local or a remote PC.

Are you sure that your browser settings are similar?

    HI,

On the machine with Serverscheck loaded.

using 127.0.0.1 (local host) everything OK

using machine true IP prompted to authenticate via servers check and the viewing of the graphs fails!
