Services Monitoring

I'm trying to monitor the MSExchangeIS service in windows 2003. I am logged on as administrator and have services set to launch the same way. During the test portion when trying to monitor the service it always says it is down. What am I doing wrong?

    Can you give the error message ? This would be helpful towards directing you to a solution.

    It just says it is down and to login to the service with a domain admin account; not the local admin acount (which I have done). It isn't seeing the service.

    I had same error and it was a typo. best to copy paste service name than type I found.
