FTPFILEFOUND

stephanstephan

Hello!

My version: 6.9.2

There seems to be some bugs in the FTPFILEFOUND check. In the check definition I can choose between two options

"Alert when a file is found" and

"Alert when no file is found":

In the checked ftp directory "/FTP/WEGAS/" there is a file.

When choosing the "alert when no file is found" option I get the status OK and the returned error: "Could not find file" - why?

When choosing the "alert when a file is found" option I get the status DOWN an the returned error "A file was found in FTP directory /FTP/WEGAS/" - thats ok.

When choosing both options (why is this possible? IMHO this means alert every time) I get the status OK an the returned error "A file was found in FTP directory /FTP/WEGAS/"

When I'm saving the rule definition after choosing one option and then going back to it again the option boxes of "alert when a file is found" and "alert when no file is found" are both empty - why?

    Hello,

the FTPFOUND check always reports file found.

it has access to the ftp server without problems.

i tested it on a ftp directory with and without a file, but no difference.

    i am using version 8.8.12
