Create graphs

FrancescFrancesc
Hello,

Every 300 seconds, my server (4 CPU and 2GB of RAM) goes to 100% CPU with the rrdtool process.

How can I avoid this?

ServersCheck uses all CPU available to perform the tasks it needs to perform. Graphs are plotted at a 300 seconds interval (or higher depending on how you defined it).

If I try don't do graphics, does the rules continue loggin into the ODBC register? We don't want to generate graphics via Serverscheck, but we want to have the possibility to access to our SQL Server to check the rules executed and the values returned.

Is there any easy way editing any file to eliminate the option for all the rules that generates graphics? We have almost 500 rules and is not an easy task uncheck the graph option for every rule.

Yes you can do that. ODBC logging runs independently from graph plotting. You can also increase the graph plot time in the general settings.

Set the 3rd line of your serverscheck.conf file to:

    GRAPHS:false
