Can you confirm that you mean following: the main status page is continously refreshed (flickering) when opened in the browser.

If so, then what browser are you using? What Operating Systems have you tested it on?

    Yes is this problem, i tried with WIN2K+IE6, WINXP+IE6, WIN2K+FIREFOX 2.0 & WINXP+FIREFOX 2.0.

This behaviour may occur if you load the status page directly due to the refreshing mechanism built-in.

Can you confirm that the url in your browser is

http://localhost:1272 with no page name behind it?

Yes when i start the program the center page is http://localhost:1272, then i choose the option for main screen (http://localhost:1272/index.html).

    That should be OK then.

Let's first try this. Remove the file PT.lang In the /lang subdirectory of the folder in which the software is installed.

Restart the service and see if that makes a difference.

If not, then what is the refresh rate you defined for the page?

Ok, i tried to delete this file and i have the same problem, and the refresh is 180s and i follow with the same problem. Anyways if i do a test of the rule, return a good value. But when i stay in the central page the value is º.

Are you able to give remote access to the machine so that we can take a look?

It appears that the Monitoring Service has not been started -> no value in the main screen

Its a little difficult, coz we have private network, only if i can connect with u like webex.

Finally i discover how to start the service and now return a right value, but i dont know how to stop that everysecond look like refresh the page. And the time for refresh the rule is 140seconds.

Unless we can have remote access of the system, I fear that there is not much we can do from here regarding this issue.

You can also view the main check page at following url:

    http://localhost:1272/netscape.html

This does not have the refresh built-in and requires a manual refresh

A developer is working on getting it written so that top menu and footer are visible too. This will be in the 7.0.3 release
