What is the error message shown (on the right of the column)

Is the Monitoring Service running under a Windows Admin account?
  • JoosTyJoosTy
there is nothing. He was never up.

    Yes under the administrator account.

Ping rule to your website doesnt work ether.
  • AdministratorAdministrator
If that is true, then probably a firewall is blocking everything.

Do you have a local firewall installed?
  • JoosTyJoosTy
only the windows firewall, but Its turnt off

    here is a screenshot:image

It seems that it is not running any checks.

Stop the serverscheck monitoring service and run it from the command prompt (by launching the monitoring_manager in debug mode):

    http://kb.serverscheck.com/index.php?page=index_v2&id=33&c=6

Try the trial version instead to see if that works. It seems that the 7.0 does not work in freeware mode (need to check that)
  • JoosTyJoosTy
I have already try that. And its the same. But i will try it in debug mode. i will post it tommorow.

    Thanks for your help!

I try this becease we have a company. About 500 computers and 10 servers. We want to check the servers. And if there is something wrong we want to get a alert. So this program is the perfect solution i think.

We have been able to replicate the issue on a Windows XP SP2 system and a developer has been assigned to this issue.
