Interval when DOWN

From the release notes:



Release 7.1.2:

- Fix: Interval when DOWN / DOWN? was not used; OK interval was used instead





This worked well in 7.1.2, but after I upgraded to 7.1.5 the incorrect behavior is back - it again uses the OK interval.

    Please provide sample from debug log as we could not reproduce it

    I was unable to reproduce it while running in debug. Once I restarted the services, it's behaving as it should (using the correct interval). Stopping/restarting the services (to run in debug) seems to have cleared the problem.
