Email ’ok’ dropped

ServersCheck 7.1.4 Business.
I have not seen this in a while with the latest version and me adding RAM and other things, but saw it again today on one alert.
On one ping latency test (over 400 ms) ServersCheck sent the down to the 'group' which included 3 users and one user defined in 'Generate an email to', but when the 'ok' was sent it skipped the 'group' and only sent the 'ok' email to the 'Generate an email to' user.
This was confirmed in the smtp.log on the ServersCheck server. The log shows the 'ok' was never sent to the 'group' of 3 users, but was sent to 'Generate an email to' user in the log. Everything else in the log looked correct as far as the down messages being sent correctly.
