In the taskmanager i see that the mxdomainmgr.exe takes cpu time between 40% an 100% and use 80000kb of Memory. Is that normal?

The mxdomainmgr.exe is not a ServersCheck process.
It is a process from HP (HP Insight Manager). It seems to be a common issue for a long time already. See following thread from HP's forum:
